Pricing & Plan

Is free plan available?
- You can try it for free. New accounts will be given credits that can be used for testing for about 10 hours of async speech recognition.
What happens after using all the test credits?
- Once all the free points have been exhausted, your request will be interrupted and you will not be able to get response to any additional requests. If you wish to continue using it, you need to register your card or purchase your points through a prepaid contract. If you would like to sign a prepaid contract, please contact api-support@daglo.ai.
Can I buy it in advance, sign a contract, and use it?
- Yes, that's possible. If you contact us about the prepaid contract at api-support@daglo.ai, we'll let you know more.

The cost displayed on the dashboard differs from the invoiced amount.
- Please allow up to 24 hours to show real time costs. Final price in the invoice will be rounded up after aggregating monthly total usage. Please refer to the cost and check the final bill on the invoice.

Can English and Japanese be used as well?
- Yes, it is available for long audio conversion APIs. The daglo long audio conversion API (Async STT) supports four language text conversions: Korean, English, Japanese, and Korean + English (mixed).
Does summary and add-ons also support multi-language?
- The summary and additional features are only supported in Korean.

What file types does the daglo API support?
- You can check the file types supported by each API guide. Please check the Speech Recognition (Async) and Speech Recognition for short audio files (Sync) documents.
Is there a file size or length limit for the daglo API?
- Long audio conversion isupports up to 2GB, 4 hours long audio. Short audio conversion is limited to 30 seconds long audio.
What's the difference between GET andCallback?
- For more information, check the Get(Polling) and Callback documents.
Requests are no longer accepted while in use.
- Make sure all free points are not used up, or that an unapproved API is being used. If your points are exhausted, you can add additional points by registering your card. (You will be charged for usage.)
I can't access Real-time Speech Recognition (Streaming)
- Stream STT is only available to customers who have additional permissions. If you wish to use it, please contact api-support@daglo.ai to help you.
